We'll be updating the website as we go along so do check back closer to the day. For now, here's some basic information we hope will help.
The Venue
Abbey House Gardens, Malmesbury, Wiltshire. SN16 9AS
The ceremony and reception will be at Abbey House Gardens right in the centre of the small town of Malmesbury, not far from where we both grew up. Fingers crossed for good weather so we can play outside. The ceremony will start at 2pm and we’ll be kicked out at midnight after a day of eating, drinking and dancing.
Getting there
Driving
The venue's postcode is SN16 9AS so we will let Google Maps do the hard work in terms of directions. There is parking in Malmesbury about a minute's walk from both the long and short stay car parks at Station Yard & Cross Hayes
Train
The nearest train station is Kemble (just under 10 miles) with services from London Paddington.
Taxis
There's no Uber around here so we'd highly recommend booking taxis in advance to get to and from the wedding if you're not staying in the town. A few local firms are listed below to give you a start but there are lots more options in Tetbury and surrounding towns.
Abbey Taxis, 01666 823366/826072 - www.malmesbury-taxi.co.uk
Ian Ashby- Private Hire (Sherston) 01666 841224 / 07875 844463
Peter Woods Taxis 01666 824867 / 07730 884807 - www.petestaxi.co.uk
Where to stay
A few recommendations that will hopefully help you on your way. There’s also self-catering options via the usual sites. Disclaimer - we haven’t stayed at any of these...

Anything else?
Having let our hair down at several weddings as unaccompanied parents, we hope you might like the chance to leave your little ones at home for the day. However, the most important thing to us is that you are there, so if childcare is a problem just let us know and we’ll happily accommodate you all.
There's no paid bar at the venue but we're planning to keep you in wine & beer for the duration. If you'd like to drink spirits please bring a bottle to put behind the bar, where a few mixers will be supplied.
We are not expecting any gifts (we would have got married a long time ago if we were in it for the presents). However, we understand some of you may wish to give a gift (which we are extremely grateful for). We’re planning a ‘family-moon’ later in the year so any donations to help add some more pages to our adventure book would be truly appreciated.
